Neil came out to do a yearly check on my AC unit and he did a fantastic job. He was on time and checked all the parts of the system and there was no nonsense, no "You need to replace". He was courteous and fast and a very nice person to deal with. I would invite anyone to give them a try, you won't be sorry!

My air had stopped working while I was at work sometime on a Friday & Shamrock was able to fit me in the next day (Saturday)! Joey was able to fix my air conitioning unit in literally 5 min so that my home was no longer 96 degrees =D He was professional, courteous, & willing to answer any questions I had. I will absolutely use this company again & have already recommended them to several friends & co-workers. Thank you guys very much!!!

Due to hail damage we needed a new heat pump. Craig came out the first time to check on it and then he and Joey came today to install. They were to be here between 2-4 and were here at 11:30. The job was to be finished by 5-5:30 and by 2:30 the unit was up and running. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable, what more could you ask of a company. Would we recommend this company to other people........ HECK YES!!!! The other thing we were imopressed with, they gave our 3 1/2 year old grandson a bag with a toy and flashlights. We used the Shamrock 11.95 a month plan for the past 2 years. Our unit was 10yrs. old. Our service man Joey was always on time or would call if he got stuck on a job. Joey gave us the bad news on Friday morning (bad compressor) and the choices. They gave us bid for a 15 cere 5 ton and Monday for installation. They lower than other bids. Most important was it could be done Monday, my wife just had surgery.The installation was an all day process starting at 8:00 and finishing at 6:00. Craig & Easton were great!!
